When do I arrive?
Here at Gc Beauty InQua all treatments are discussed with our clients prior to their appointment, to make sure that services are tuned in to each clients needs, For this reason we ask that you arrive at your appointment 10 min early to each appointment to fill in the appropriate consent forms.
Reservations
Reservations are made via our online booking system and phone . We cannot accomodate walk-ins due to the nature of our small boutique clinic. We recommend advanced bookings as room is not always available at short notice. We require 50% booking fee in order to confirm your reservation online, this will come off the cost at the end of the treatment.
If you are redeeming a gift voucher, please mention this during your reservation or add the voucher code online.
Recommended Attire
You will feel much more comfortable at Gc Beauty Ink. arriving in loose clothing to ensure peace of mind knowing that your lovely garments are not marked.
Gift Voucher Refund Policy
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, so please choose carefully. If you would like to return a gift voucher, we can issue a credit note that is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Parking
Our facilities offer ample parking on our premises. Please park in our driveway to avoid council tickets.
Gift Vouchers
Our gift certificates are a popular choice for special occasions, or to simply say “thank you.” Please note that vouchers are valid for 12 months. Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be reclaimed or refunded.
Special Health Considerations
We encourage guests who are pregnant or have health conditions, including high blood pressure, heart conditions, or varicose veins, to consult their doctor prior to seeking treatments. Also, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications you are taking, as some treatments may not be suitable.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
Regretfully, we are unable to extend treatment sessions due to late arrivals. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, in order to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please make sure to give yourself ample time to arrive promptly.
Checking In
In order to maximize your Gc Beauty InQua experience, please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will avoid a reduced treatment time and foster a relaxing outcome for your session.
Cancellations
The treatments you select at Gc Beauty InQua are reserved just for you. If you need to cancel a reservation, please provide 24 hours notice, to avoid having the booking fee charges apply to your cancellation $50. No Shows on the day will be Charged full booking fee.
Please note that if you’re cancelling a reservation to redeem a gift voucher, the voucher will be deemed void and no refund will be issued within the 24 hour period.
Age Restrictions
At Gc beauty InQua we have a minimum age of 18 unless accompanied by a adult to fill in consent forms.
